WintoUsb stuck at 0 percent?

Has anyone here used win to USB to install Windows on an external hard drive ?
I'm trying to run Windows on my external hard drive so I can eventually game on my macbook with a egpu setup .
I'm currently trying to install Windows 10 on my external 4tb hard drive , but it's stuck at 0% and not doing anything . In going to wait like another hour and a half but is it supposed to take this long?

Please add WinToUSB (WinToUSB.exe) to the list of allowed applications (may be called Trusted Applications/Whitelisted applications) of your anti-virus software to see it works? If it still fails,  please open the save log file dialog ("" > "Save log file") and save the log file, then send the log file to us.
