Minor Issue (v3.x +)

When a user executes a "Check for updates" function, if no update is available, a CheckBox is offered in that window to turn off automatic update checking (good feature).  If there is an update available, no such option is offered in the window (even if the user doesn't want to update).

This problem should have been fixed in V3.6 and later versions. Are you sure the problem still exists?

I will recheck. The input comes from a user on v3.5...

I stand corrected... fix is in v3.6, issue originally based on a v3.5 user.  Apologies... The user likes what he has at v3.5, will wait for v4 Public Release before upgrading (why?  I have no idea ).
