The screenshot you provided indicates that the PXE server software you are using does not appear to support such a large memory disk, resulting in the image file being truncated and causing this issue.

Still, it's strange that it worked with the older versions. And I load much larger ISOs via Memdisk. But maybe I'll find a solution for this too.

As Windows continues to be upgraded, WinPE will become increasingly larger, and the memedisk method may encounter problems. We are not familiar with iPXE, but maybe you should use iPXE's wimboot feature instead of the memdisk feature to run WinPE.
