WintoUSB on MacOS
#1
WintoUSB lets you install Windows to an external drive. Can anyone confirm for me that it is possible to do this and boot into Windows on a Mac from an external drive? Considering this as a solution as I do not want to partition my drives.

Mac computers with Apple Silicon processors do not support booting Windows from a USB drive, only Mac computers with Intel processors can boot Windows from a USB drive.

Really helpful post! I’ve struggled getting WinToUSB to work smoothly on macOS too, so it’s great seeing others share their experiences. I eventually found a https://letterboxsolver.vercel.app that I keep open whenever I’m juggling tasks or waiting on long installs, and it’s been surprisingly fun. Your walkthrough definitely makes me want to give the setup another try.
