I forgot the dash between the 5 and 6 weeks. sorry about that.
Thank You

We have analyzed the error code 0x07890073000001E3, Windows returned the error code 0x1E3 (The request failed due to a fatal device hardware error. ) when Hasleo Backup Suite tried to write the backup image file, which usually means that there are bad sectors or hardware problems with the drive where the backup image files are stored. If the drive where the backup image files are stored a USB drive, please replace the USB cable with a new one or connect the USB device to an external power supply to see if the problem persists. And we recommend that you use a third-party tool to repair bad sectors on that drive.

Thank You So Very Much.   I will try a different cable and if that does not resolve the issue, I will use a different external hard drive to do my backup and see if WD has a tool for repairing bad sectors on that WD external hard drive.   I am using an external usb to do my backups and it is also connected to an external power supply ~ but there is the chance that I forgot to turn on that external power source, either way I will follow your instructions.   Thanks So Very Much.
