But that's ok. Everyone can use the tools that best fit their use cases. For me personally the backup and restore capabilities of HBS outperform every other (free) software right now in terms of performance and usability. Cool

Yes, not everybody works the same way and I agree that HBS provides a great selection of features that I want for a free program.
He was given a very reasonable way to correct both of his issues with the older version and why he wouldn't update is beyond me but then again he is still in W7 too (yes, I know some people love it but don't count me as one of them). He also was given 2 solutions to transfer his OS to a new disk, do it by imaging or by putting the source, instead of the destination, disk in a USB enclosure so HBS can do all he needs to do.
