operation was not successful

I created a backup last night with no issues at all.   I just tried to create a new backup and got the message that the operation was not successful.   I had this issue a week or two ago and you asked for the log file.  
I did as you asked the last time and I copied the file, but not sure how to attach it here.  I did drop it where it says attachments below.

I noticed that you are not using the latest version, so please upgrade to the latest version to see if the problem persists.

You might also want to check if there’s enough free space on the target drive and run a quick disk check, as those can sometimes cause backup failures even on the latest version.
