WinPE Image Mounting
#1
Is there a reason image mounting isn't offered in the WinPE rescue environment?

I've been able to get the following services running in WinPE:

HasleoImageMountService
Dokan2
hasldisk

Image mounting is still not offered. Is there a Windows component that mounting depends on that's missing in WinPE? I may be able to help.

I am sorry that when Hasleo Backup Suite detects that it is running in a WinPE environment, it will not show the option to mount the backup image.

That doesn't answer my question. I could see that was the case. If you give me a version that won't block the mount option and give me some idea of why mounting doesn't run in WinPE, there's a good chance I can add the necessary components to make it work.

Once again, this feature is not enabled in WinPE, even if you manually install the drivers and service required by HBS. I apologize that I do not currently have time to provide you with a temporary version with the mount image option enabled.
