Bitlocker Anywhere

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this:
A couple of days ago I came across "bitlocker anywhere" by a company called "Hasleo", that offers bitlocker encryption for Win 10 home. It seems tempting as a quick and cheap alternative to upgrading to win 10 pro. But is it legit? It has only recently been released and has no reviews by any independent sources as far as I can tell. My gut feeling is to stay clear and pursue a win 10 pro upgrade. Does anyone have any other thoughts, or know anything about this software?

Hasleo BitLocker Anywhere is not new software. The first version of Hasleo BitLocker Anywhere was released in 2018, and it is the world's first third-party BitLocker solution for Windows Home. Please refer to the change log:

We didn't do the thing of cracking Windows, we just encrypted the disk data using the BitLocker encryption algorithm we implemented, so we don't think there's a legal issue. And unless Microsoft does not allow software to write to the disk. If you are worried about these, you can consider upgrading Windows 10  Home to the Pro version.
