Apparent problem with HBS Pro 5.5.2.0
#1
When I boot in to 5520 with EITHER of two USB ED rescue disks I have made using the download from MS method, the HBS on the rescue disks does not 'see' the SSD in my machine (a Dell XPS with 1 TB SSD). HBS 'sees' all other disks attached to the machine - just not the local (ie., the installed) SSD.

When I use a different ED USB made with the earlier HBS 5425, no problem - it 'sees' my local SSD.

Please try checking the "Automatic driver injection" option when creating WinPE to see if it makes a difference. Please note that if you have already created the WinPE on a computer, Hasleo Backup Suite will not show the WinPE creation page again. You have to go to the C:\Program Files\Hasleo\Hasleo Backup Suite\bin, remove image.iso and then recreate the WinPE.

YES! Ticking that "Automatic..." box makes it all work. Don't recall that I had been ticking that box in making EDs before though. I will in future.

In previous versions, this was automatic, while V5.5 allows users to select it manually.

Thanks. Great, informative responses as usual. Happy to be paying for the 'Pro' version with lifetime license too.
