Is there a version which I can put/install on bootable USB flash drive?
Probably not what you're looking for, but I always install Hasleo/Macrium/*Other, make a "RESCUE.ISO", and put that on a USB flash drive with Ventoy to boot it. Then I restore a backup image made before Hasleo/Macrium/*Other was installed and just use that ISO instead of having any service 'bloated' program on my PC.
Tip: I also make a small ~756 MB partition on one of my storage drives and simply 'extract/copy' the contents of the RESCUE.ISO to that partition. Then I can just boot right to it from my UEFI/BIOS without fooling with the USB drive at all. It's very convenient, but you do have to make your backups manually without any scheduler doing it for you.
Personally, I just like having as 'clean' a system as possible so I don't ever allow anything (except drivers, etc.) to 'start with Windows' or run background services that eat performance to do nothing 99.9% of the time.
