Is there a portable version without service? Version for USB flash drive?

Why does Hasleo not offer such an .ISO as download?

I am using a backup program such an Hasleo Backup Suite only once in a while by starting it manually.
I HATE unnecessarily always-running services.

Other, similar backup programs like Aomei Backupper or Acronis Trueimage or Paragon
offer a really portable on-demand version of their program or an ISO ready to install on USB flash drive.

The only software tool that lacks this feature is Hasleo Backup.
