Fails to backup
#2

Says the system cannot find the path to the drive.
Clicking "Backup" "Disk/Partition Backup" took a full 3 minutes to load the next page.

Regarding the issue of not being able to find the drive, please check whether the "Smart Backup" option is selected on the Advanced page of the backup options. If it is not selected, please enable it.

It takes three minutes to load the next page, which is indeed too long. Normally, it shouldn't take this long unless there are issues with some drives. Please send the log file to [email protected] so we can analyze the cause.

I did a restore yesterday, (Don't know why} but I had to resize the C: partition to 600 GB
and guess what? It wiped out my two Dell recovery partitions.
I was able to recover the partitions, however I think this is unacceptable.

Unless you have checked the "Restore to original location" option, system restore and disk restore will delete all partitions on the target drive. You have resized the C partition, which clearly does not fall into that scenario.

If you need to preserve some partitions on the disk, it is recommended to use the advanced feature to restore the system (disk) to a contiguous space on the target disk. For details, please refer to:
