Can I move an SSD with WinToGo Installation ....INSIDE?

Well,
I have a samsung ssd and i used a usb3.0 to sata cable to create a WinToGo USB Windows installation.

And I am very satisfied with the results. But I wonder:

Is it possible to remove ssd from usb cable and put it inside the pc chasis -with a sata and a power cable off course

will it boot????

WinToUSB has built-in 'Windows to go Conversion' feature which can help you convert a Windows To Go USB drive to a local disk, and here is the guid:
