Usually Hasleo answers within a few hours, so expect an answer shortly. As it's currently the weekend, it might take a little longer, but support is still very quick.
The user admin (Hasleo staff) is also very active in the forums, so you can expect help very quick here as well!

Hasleo Data Recovery and Hasleo Backup Suite are very different products.
Hasleo Data Recovery:
It can help you recover data from accidental deletion, formatting, partition loss, OS crashes and other data loss scenarios.
It can recover files from hard drives, USB drives, SD cards and other storage media.
Data is being recovered from FAT, NTFS, exFAT and HFS+ Drives.
Hasleo Backup Suite:
HBS can backup, restore and clone your Windows OS, disks, partitions, files and folders.
It uses different backup modes for this: full, incremental, differential backups.
HBS can create image files that hold your backups and supports a lot of different additional features.
Some additional features: Compress, encrypt, split, merge, delete, check and mount backup image files, delta clone/restore.
It also supports advanced backup options like filters, scheduling and retention policies.
So as you can see, the feature set of both tools is quite different.
Hasleo Data Recovery can be helpful if data is lost and you don't have any backups available.
Hasleo Backup Suite on the other hand is the more advanced suite that you can use to create backups and later restore your data from them.

If you use BitLocker for example, I would recommend the Home edition as preserving BitLocker on restores is not supported natively in the Free edition. Other features worth mentioning that require the Home edition: Restoring a Windows partition to a USB device, customizable filters, cloning of system disks, support for Windows Enterprise and more.
The Professional edition covers business usage and also comes with command line support, e.g. you can check and run your tasks in scripts.
I would go with the Free edition first, get used to the tool, try around a bit. If you're happy, you can upgrade to another edition later. You don't need to reinstall, just insert the license key and restart the program. Personally I would recommend the Home edition. If you really want to support the developers, go with the Home Family edition. Or buy the Professional edition, that's what I did
