Please note that Hasleo Backup Suite can currently only change the language format used by the program itself, not the language format used by the WinPE system. The dialog box shown in your screenshot is a native system dialog box, so its language remains US. If technically feasible, we will change the system's language format in the future.
Please create a new backup task or open an existing one, then verify whether HBS is using the ISO 8601 time format.

So the way I understand you, the WinPE language used should be the language of the OS? If yes why isn't it english UK then for me (see pic)? For me it seems like I have an english UK OS and the WinPE seems to use english US.
If you need and more data please tell me what and how to provide them.
Other then the date that still confuses me in WinPE Rescuemedia Hasleo works fast and stable.

The logs you can reach under "Tools" - "View Logs" are operational logs that are written on task creation/run etc.
What @admin is talking about are the more technical (debugging) logs that can be reached here:
Upper right corner, 3rd symbol from the right
"Save log file" in the menu

I booted into WinPE and hopefully that is the needed information. If it isn't I would appreciate some help how to get them because my knowledge with WinPE and cmd is very limited

Hasleo free trial gives me an error in my Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC
In the winPE environment backup system, creating errors.
And in normal backup is success.
sometimes it gives me no error and backup success in winPE
What is the problem I don't know?

How much physical memory is this virtual machine configured with? You may need to appropriately increase the physical memory size of this virtual machine.
And please check the size of the created WinPE (the winpe.iso in the bin directory under the installation directory). Additionally, please send us the log files from the WinPE.
