Hello everyone — new Hasleo user here! 👋
Just joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself. I'm Denis, a power user from Belgium with a serious case of "update nerd" syndrome — I build and test Windows environments on external SSDs, and safe update testing is basically my hobby at this point.
I recently purchased Hasleo software licenses for 5 people (family & friends who trust my recommendations!), and I've been using Hasleo Windows To Go Upgrader extensively to run portable Windows installations from external drives. It's been a game-changer for safely testing updates without touching my main system.
Fun fact: the name Hasleo literally contains "Leo" — and as it happens, my zodiac sign is Leo ♌. So I'd like to think it was meant to be. A lion trusting a lion. 😄
Looking forward to being part of this community and contributing where I can!

Thanks for the warm welcome! Great to be here! 😊
You caught me — yes, I was active on the Macrium forum back in the day! Haven't posted much since 2021 because... honestly? I barely had any problems. My imaging setup was rock solid, and when everything works smoothly, there's not much to complain about. I prefer posting when I actually need help or want to share something useful.
Outside of this forum, I'm also active on the Wilders Security Forums — been following that community for years. Both places have great power users who know their stuff.
Still doing the same thing though: Windows To Go and portable Windows testing on external SSDs. Just switched to Hasleo recently for safe update testing without touching my main system.
What about you? What's your imaging stack these days? Still Macrium or trying out other tools?

I've always run a 2-app imaging/backup System (originally PRIMARY=Macrium, SECONDARY=Image for Windows)... just backing up my backup app just in case.
In March of 2023, I replaced Image for Windows (a great app, BTW) with Hasleo Backup Suite and worked with the HBS developers along the way to help them create as solid an imaging entry as they could. Circa 18-mo ago, I decided that HBS was solid enough that I switched Macrium and HBS as far as primary/secondary was concerned... HBS has been my goto primary imaging solution ever since that time. The product has improved greatly since that switch was made.
You've made a good decision as far as that family pack is concerned... @$18USD per System for a full-featured LIFETIME license (until end of product, not software version), I haven't seen any product out there at that price with those features, a really easy decision to make.
...again, welcome to the Forum!
