I installed HBS on a Windows 11 system. When I boot into HBS WinPE, it doesn’t display any backups. The system backup option under "Backup" and the select task to restore option under "Restore" are both grayed out.

I have HBS installed on two Windows 11 systems. When using HBS WinPE, a black window appears. Can you fix this issue?

So, I was trying to clone windows 11 from one sdd nvme to an external one. I used wintohdd, chose the external sdd. It did a few things and asked to restart the system. After a while it did not progress and gave an error ( don´t remember the big number that appeared ). After rebooting, I saw that wintohdd "formatted" another internal ssd, divided it in two partitions, one with the "wintohdd" name. How can I fix it? Is it reversible? I did not put anything into the "formatted" ssd. All programs that I searched on google recover the ssd, but won´t keep the name or the order of the original file structures. Please, help me!

we just installed Hasleo Backup Suite 3.6.0.0 (according to the installation file, though the logfile says 3.6.0.2 installed) on Windows Server 2016 with 14393.6085 build.

We tried to create a System Backup of the NTFS boot drive to a ReFs data partition on another drive. As soon, as we try to start the backup, we get the error ...

Unsupported file system. (0x090C009000000000)

Is ReFs file system really not supported as a destination for the Hasleo backup file?

When I use WinToUSB to try create a Windows To Go USB, it fails when it reaches 100%.
This only happens when I use VHD. When I use Legacy, it works fine. When I use VHDX, it fails with 'Failed to run system API' or something like that.

Images have been attached at the bottom. They may appear small, however when you click them they should be readable.
Also attached is the structure of the USB as seen in a partition manager (I used MiniTool Partition Wizard).
The error code is '0x00CE00630BCA002F'.

I noticed that restore points are not being backed up.

I can understand a pagefile and a hibernation file being excluded, but having the restore points could be useful after an image is restored.

If there is documentation that points to what is being automatically excluded from the images, I would appreciate a link on where to find it.

Otherwise, it would be good to have an option on what to include and exclude (i.e. $UsnJournal, restore points)

I'm wondering if the option to start the service on-demand could be added...or, set the default to Manual start.

Doesn't make sense for those who use the Backup Suite once a week to have the service constantly running.

Since December, I have used both the produced ISO (USB) and the BOOT.wim contained in the ISO as a BCD BOOT menu item... both have successfully EXITed (using the CLOSE button) from their running state after a few seconds.

v3.6, in both forms mentioned above, doesn't ever EXIT... it remains at a BLACK screen with the mouse pointer visible.  A HARD machine ShutDown seems to be the only way past this state.

Can you unlock and secure bitlocker drives?
