error cloning windows 10 pro into external ssd scandisk

Please I'm trying to clone note internal hd windows 10 pro into ssd external disk scandisk 500gb and give me this error:

Falha na tentativa de executar API do sistema (0x0000001500DB0000)

Please, helpme how to fix that problem!!

It seems that there has file system error on the Windows partition (Usually C, so please run chkdsk to scan the  Windows partition and see if it have file system errors. If Yes, run the command 'chkdsk C: /F /X' fix it and try again.
