For an unlocked drive, if VSS (Volume Shadow Copy) functions properly, the backed up data will be unencrypted, otherwise, the data will still be encrypted.

While the tutorial covers using the "Browser image to restore", there should be a section on using the "Select task to restore" as from experience using it, it is just selecting the backup log instead of the image file.
For the issue of backup and restore DELLSUPPORT partition failure, please try this version below:

For the BitLocker answer, very interesting that the backed up data remains encrypted as from what I read, everything that images will require the drive be unlocked first before it can even be backed up with other solutions and it's interesting Hasleo Backup Suite can back up a locked BitLocker drive and still keep the data encrypted. Is the answer the same if it used Direct Disk IO as in the August 15, 2025 and August 16, 2025 builds? As a suggestion, maybe the future builds can also show the write method so one knows if it's VSS or Direct Disk IO.
As they say, third times a charm!
Hasleo_Backup_Suite_Free_250816.exe backed up and restored successfully as seen below:

I replaced the 1TB SSD with the 4TB SSD and have the following two issues:
1) My Power Plans are all there but it is using a different power plan on the restored 4TB drive compared to the original 1TB drive.
2) The Windows RE Tools does not have a drive letter assigned like the original drive did
3) I am trying to figure out how to get my C: partition bigger so it can use the free unallocated space as there is no option when restoring to use the additional unallocated space for C: as even without using the original partition layout, the only choices for C: was the 949GB partition can be 949GB max or smaller so guidance on how to do this would be appreciated and one feature that should be added to Hasleo Backup Suite:

Many thanks!
