Partition scheme format popup doesn't come up.

This window will only pop up when the destination device is a USB stick. You had to manually format the destination device if it is an external hard drive. Here is the guide:

This is an artificial limitation. Please file bug report. If not artificial, then nonsensical.

We know that the capacity of the external hard disk is usually large, and the user may want to put the data and the Windows operating system into separate partitions, which is why we require the user to manually partition the disk. We will improve this issue in the next release, thank you.
