There doesn't seem to be any other users experiencing the same problem. Please describe your operation steps in detail (e.g. provide some screenshots, which you can send to [email protected]), maybe we can analyze and find out the cause of this problem, thank you.

I have already provided the steps I take to create a Backup except clicking OK after the steps.  Regardless, I do not wish to pursue this any further.  I intend on continuing with Hasleo even if it takes a little longer.  Thanks for everything you have done.

I also have this issue.  When creating a backup schedule, it does not seem possible to set the On Completion options for Check Image and Power Plan.  They only appear when the backup is started manually and are then not retained for future scheduled backup operations.  I am using version 5.5.2.2

What do you mean exactly when you say "it does not seem possible"? Are you searching for those options but can't find them? Or do you set them and they don't work?

If you create a new backup task, those options should be under:
1. Backup options
2. Advanced
3. "Check the integrity of the backup image files on completion" and "Apply the power plan after the backup is complete"

I do not have the options available as shown in your screenshot, this is all I have.

You need to <click> on "Advanced" to see those options.

That's the problem...as you can see in my earlier screenshot, there is no Advanced option to click on !

It's right there in your screenshot actually:

The left side is a menu and you're currently on the tab "Space". You need to switch to "Advanced".

OMG - I'm so sorry! I just wasn't seeing it, for some reason I think the black & white style made me blind to it. Thanks for your time everyone.
