I'm not quite sure what you mean, are you referring to using the Windows recovery tool for restoration? I apologize that we have no experience with this.

I was referring to using a Hasleo system backup with Windows 11 BitLocker encryption.  If Windows isn't abnormally corrupted, are restores using a Hasleo system backup on a Windows 11 computer with BitLocker encryption typically successful provided the necessary encryption keys/certificates?

Hasleo Backup Suite uses Microsoft's Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) technology for backups, the data backed up via VSS is unencrypted data, so you have to re-encrypt the partitions after the restore operation is completed to protect your data.
