Network Credentials for exporting Tasks Xml
#1
I am unable to login to the network even though I have no password set.
What credentials should I use to login to export the xml file to a mapped network drive?

Is your Y: drive a remote shared drive? You need to enter credentials to access the shared drive.

It is my One Drive cloud storage mapped as a Network drive but it is accessible without any credentials by all other apps including 'Adobe and Word.

Some non-time-consuming tasks of Hasleo Backup Suite (such as import and export tasks) are performed in the service program (BackupService.exe), which runs under the SYSTEM account. The SYSTEM account cannot access drives mounted by the current account, so the service program needs to mount the drives itself to access the files, which is why it prompts for access credentials.

In fact, Hasleo Backup Suite currently does not support cloud storage at all, so even if you enter the account and password for cloud storage, it will not be able to access the cloud properly. In this situation, you have to copy the task file to a local drive in order to import the tasks.

I have a question, what software do you use to mount One Drive as a local drive?

Thank you for your detailed response to my problem.
I use three applications to mount my cloud storage accounts and login automatically at boot time.
My main one is Mountain Duck.
