With respect to the WinPE components download issue you reported, we have not received similar reports from other users so far. The update itself works fine—meaning the actual update function. Is it possible to get that window to appear again? I’d like to test it out. Once I’ve created it, it doesn’t show up anymore— not even if I regenerate the PE.
Hi,
I moved your posts and the answers into your own thread because it's not directly related to the release thread. That way it's easier to follow ![]() To get back the download option, you can delete everything in this folder: C:\Program Files\Hasleo\Hasleo Backup Suite\bin\WADK\Windows Preinstallation Environment\ The next time you recreate the PE media, you'll have the option to choose between Microsoft.com and the offline package again. Thank you so much, that allowed me to test it.
I found the culprit. For whatever reason, there was an entry in the firewall that was blocking the connection.
