Specified Partition not found error

Hello,

New to this forum,

I encountered a Specified Partition not found error.
Even though I had done a Full Backup 4 days ago.
I understand there are issues with recent Windows Update.

That is what triggered my System backup action but that is what brought about the "Specified partition not found (0x21FF0036000000E9)" error.
I'm guessing this has to do with this Windows Update.  Even though I have done backups before when these updates have occurred with no drama.
Today it seems that it was a drama.

I'm looking for a solution to this error if possible ...

Please check whether you have selected the "Smart Backup" option on the advanced page of the backup options. If it's not selected, please select it and then try to perform the backup.
