ED built on Win11 25H2 26200.9445 crashes File Manager

An interesting discovery.
- the old version was copied to a Temp folder
- the ED was booted and the old File Explorer was launched after browsing to the Temp folder and it open perfectly. It was also launched from the command prompt with the same results.

Looks like it only fails when launched from the Menu.

Was that so? This shouldn't happen. Please make sure that what you copied was the old version. Thanks.

I should not do tests late at night. My custom ED build process with driver injection uses a stable WinRE environment so obviously FileManager would work. Sorry for the false report.
