The default process doesn't download but creates the WinRE package from the system. Is the offline WinPE process quicker than the default one?
Technically speaking, the time they take should be similar, both involving mounting a WIM file and writing the Hasleo Backup Suite. The only difference is that you need to spend a bit of time finding the OPE file and selecting it.
Of course, this may also be affected by the WIM mounting API provided by Microsoft and the system environment, such as whether mounting a large WIM file takes more time. Overall, I think under normal circumstances it is much faster than downloading WinPE components.
