Thanks for your advice. I think I’ll take action right away because I’ve been so forgetful lately. There’s just too much going on.

Hope you have a great day!

Best regards,

@admin,

I am pleased to hear that the instruction will be clarified.

As for being forgetful, I apologize, but I think you will have to take a back seat to me.  More and more, I find myself having to write things down because one of the scourges of advancing years is the loss of memory.  Blush

In your case, that is not applicable, but yes, you do have an enormous range of responsibilities from what I have seen.  I don't know how you do it all!

If there are any burdens that I can help carry, please don't hesitate to ask me.

Thank you for all you do.  Have a great day.

Regards,
Phil

@garioch7,

Thank you very much for your reply.

Writing things down is indeed a good habit, and your suggestion is very practical, perhaps I will put it to use one day.

I will contact you if needed. Thank you again for your continued contributions and support to the forum.

Have a great day!

@admin,

I have commenced my research on Post 8.  One of the Articles/Tutorials I inserted as a Primary Link still has the statement that the Dokan driver must be downloaded and installed to be able to mount images.

Quote:Install Dokan Driver (For File Backup Images)
  • To browse or extract files from file backup images, you may need to install the Dokan V2.1.0.1000 driver.
  • You can download it from the official website or from our website
https://www.easyuefi.com/backup-software...edule.html

This is a different A/T from the one you were going to correct to stipulate that the step of manually downloading the Dokan driver was only necessary if the user is unable to mount an image as a troubleshooting step.

Submitted for your information.  Have a great day.

Regards,
Phil
