Hi,
I am using Hasleo Backup Suite since several month now and I am very happy with it.
It would be nice though, to have a context menu entry to unmount a mounted backup directly in the drive where the backup is mounted, instead of being obliged to go to back to the Backup Suite / Tools / Mount & Eject image. (I am coming from Macrium which had this feature).
Regards Roger

Sorry, forget it; an easy solution is to just let the Backup Suite window open when going to the drive where the backup is mounted !

@rogerrabbit, thank you for your suggestion. Our current primary focus is on the implementation and enhancement of backup, restore, and clone functions. Some finer details will be addressed in subsequent work.

Not a big deal, but since Hasleo has also been polishing other things other than bugs, I thought that I would throw this suggestion out there. When creating an emergency disk, there is no confirmation at the end that it has completed. The progress bar is at 100% and there is a tab that says "close", but I have seen other programs that a progress bar at 100% doesn't mean that it is totally finished, and I have also seen a close tab visible during processes running as well. I think that if you simply add "The operation completed successfully" in green fonts when the task is complete, just like HBS does when you complete exporting tasks, that would avoid any confusion of the process being completed, etc.
Thanks!

@xeroid,
I agree that your suggestion would give HBS a more polished look. I am guessing it should not be too difficult to implement, but @admin knows far more about that than I do.
Thanks for taking the time and interest in HBS to suggest this refinement. Have a great day.

Phil

@xeroid,
Thanks for your suggestion. If an error occurs, Hasleo Backup Suite usually shows a red failure message. Of course, adding a green success message is completely fine too, so I’ll pass the feedback on to the developers.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,

Is there a way to show the backup description on the home page that lists all the backups? I know I can hover over the (i) icon to see the description, but it would be great if it was shown under the name. I have multiple backups with the same name to different drives (since I want the backup file named the same) and it's not obvious which is which. Alternatively, if you could show the output location, that would work too.
Thanks,
Rich
