Thanks for your suggestion. If an error occurs, Hasleo Backup Suite usually shows a red failure message. Of course, adding a green success message is completely fine too, so I’ll pass the feedback on to the developers.

Have a nice day!

Best regards,

I see that this was implemented in 5.9.2.1

Thank you!

Yes, that only requires a few code changes.

There's still a simple feature missing from HBS as it compares to other imaging tools.  It currently offers (3) methods to produce a WIM for use in ED/BOOT construction... resident RE-based, downloaded MicroSloth network-based, and Hasleo's own OPE baseline.  The option missing is the ability to select your own BASE WIM (Macrium does offer this).  If this option existed, you wouldn't have to "install" your good WIM into the Hasleo building System, you could just manage it yourself and use a reference to that managed WIM from the ED builder (similar to the off-Line OPE selector).

I'll cross-post this into the feature request section in case the Hasleo Devs think it might be useful.

Thanks @Froggie, that's a really good suggestion.

Hi
I'm a new HBS user, replacing Macrium Reflect Free.  Great product so far.
My feature request is to allow "Complete Image Check" to be able to just check a nominated chain, rather than every chain that exists for a backup task.  If my retention policy is to retain say 4 full weekly backups and their daily incrementals, I don't want HBS to have to read through all 4 chains when I run a Complete Image Check before a restore.  I believe that temporarily moving any other chains to a different folder is a workaround, but it would be much simpler and faster to be able to just check one chain.

Thank you for your suggestion. We have added it to the improvement list for future versions and will evaluate and consider it at the appropriate time.
