@Dude Guyman @garioch7
Thank you both for your thoughtful discussion and honest feedback.
@Phil, to be honest, I don't really care much about Trustpilot's specific scoring mechanism. Not because it doesn't matter, but because I need to focus my time and energy on the product itself, fixing issues, improving features, and serving the users who actually use Hasleo. The score is just a reference. What I truly value are genuine opinions from people like you.
@Dude Guyman, thank you for standing up for Hasleo. You made a great point. Every piece of software has room for improvement, but blaming the tool for completely unrelated issues is indeed unfair. We take every piece of real criticism seriously and will continue to make the product better.
For us, the most important thing has never been chasing a high score. It is real users like you who have actually used the software and are willing to speak honestly, whether positive or negative. As long as it is genuine, that is what drives us forward.
Thanks again to both of you. Have a great day.
Best regards,

I submitted my review of the Hasleo Backup Suite and marked several reviews as "Useful." I encourage others to do the same. According to various AIs, the Trustpilot algorithm may prioritize these marked reviews, which could enhance their visibility and influence potential users' decisions.

Thank you both for your continued support and for taking the time to mark useful reviews. It's encouraging to see satisfied users helping others get a more balanced view.
As always, we remain focused on improving the product. But knowing that we have users like you who are willing to speak up means a great deal to us.
Thanks again.

I have to agree, some of the previous reviews were seemingly
by people that really didn't know how to use the software.

@billmcct, thank you for your fairness.
Claims like "HBS damages disks" are particularly hard for us to accept. We're always open to improving the software and adding features, but accusations at the hardware level simply don't reflect the truth.
Have a nice day!

@admin,
I had time yesterday to check out Trustpilot. HBS have had more five-star reviews, and the HBS rating now is 4.2!
I hope that our users will continue to post there to improve the HBS Trustpilot rating.
Have a great day.
Regards,
Phil

@garioch7,
I just checked, the rating is now 4.3!
We are equally delighted to see HBS’s rating go up. More importantly, this is the result of your and other enthusiastic users’ relentless efforts in providing genuine reviews.
What we truly appreciate is the time and energy you have consistently devoted to helping other users and fostering technical discussions. That means far more to us than any rating number.
Of course, what matters most is that we will continue to focus on improving the product itself – to respond to every user’s honest feedback.
Thank you again to you and all the users who provide genuine feedback.
Wish you a nice day too.
Best regards,
