Hello Admin,
wasn’t it mentioned at some point that the LTSC versions would also be supported in the free version?
Unfortunately, this is not the case, which makes it unusable for some users.
Second question: has the time limitation been removed in the meantime?

Thanks again - I see that but I don't see how to get a copy of it to send them. Go in to Bin\logs I guess ....
The logs you can reach under "Tools" - "View Logs" are operational logs that are written on task creation/run etc.
What @admin is talking about are the more technical (debugging) logs that can be reached here:

Why are you so fixated on removing the restrictions on LTSC? Yes, we mentioned that we are considering removing the restrictions on LTSC. However, some friends who have contributed to HBS's development do not recommend doing so. The free version doesn't limit too many features, so if we also give up commercial usage licenses, how will HBS continue to develop?
Regarding the time limit, we will not respond to it anymore.

I don't think it was directed at you personally but both topics were discussed in great detail in the last weeks/months on this forum.
That's probably why @admin is just a little tired of answering again and again.
To your second question: It was removed entirely and won't come back.

I’m sorry if I don’t read all posts from the past in case the questions have already been answered.
A bit more respect would do you some good as well.
Kind regards,
Gert
There have been several people that has been quite disrespectful about including support for LTSC versions. As was mentioned, it cannot be included If people want it then they can buy the appropriate version. Hasleo needs a way to drive sells, and this is one way. They cannot give everything away for free. They are already very generous. Hell, I wouldn't have even included delta restoring in the free version. But they did. Quit complaining.
I didn’t want to complain, just to get an answer to my questions.
If LTSC is not supported in the free version, I can understand that. We all have to make a living.

@Admin I updated to the new version and for some reason I'm still on the US time format (see picture one) even when I chose Iso 8601. After booting into the rescue media (freshly created with the download form microsoft option) the timeformat for me is still US. I got no clue why and would be glad for suggestions.
OS is installed as UK with german keyboard.
That's what I see in the backup suite. ini
