Step 1. Download and extract the WinPE Downloader package, then double-click WinPEDownloader.exe to launch the tool.
Step 2. Select the WinPE version(s) you wish to download, then click the "Download" button.
Step 3. A dialog box will appear prompting you to choose a save location. Navigate to your desired folder, enter a file name, and click "Save".
Step 4. WinPE Downloader will begin downloading the selected files.
Step 5. Click "OK" when the download completes.
